Care Instructions

The carpet should be regularly vacuumed with a standard vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt. During the first few weeks, individual threads may come loose from the carpet. Do not pull on any longer threads that are sticking out of the pile. Please cut these threads off with a small pair of scissors. Dab stains out of the pile with a damp cloth and do not let them dry. We have a few tips and tricks for carpet cleaning herefor you! If more thorough cleaning is required, please take the carpet to a professional carpet cleaner.
All carpets are suitable for use with underfloor heating.

Bath mats

Our bath mats are especially fluffy. Some initial linting is normal for this high-quality product and will be reduced to a minimum after the first few washes. Please wash your bath mat separately at 30°C using a color-safe or delicate detergent without fabric softener. Let your bath mat air dry (not on a radiator) and do not expose it to direct sunlight.
