Cancellation & Returns – Fair, Simple, and Free (Most of the Time)

Want to change your mind? No problem. With us, you have 14 days to return your rug—no questions asked. And there are no return shipping costs (at least within Germany—more on that in a moment).

Here's how it works for us:

  • Return period: 14 days. The clock starts on the day you receive your rug. Within those 14 days, you can cancel simply via email or through the returns portal . After that, you’ll have another 14 days to return it.
  • Free return shipping – We cover the full cost of returns within Germany. Need a shipping label? You can get one directly through our returns portal.
  • Returns from abroad: Don't live in Germany? Then you're responsible for the return shipping costs yourself. But don’t worry: We clearly show you on our website what the costs are in your country.
  • Is your rug too big to fit in a package? If your rug doesn't fit in a package, we'll pick it up for you. We charge €24.95 for this service—which is usually cheaper than if you were to handle it yourself. Plus, you don't have to organize a thing. We take care of everything.

Important for you:

  • We'll refund the full amount if your rug is returned clean, undamaged, and well-packed.
  • We don't make any exceptions to the right of return. No custom-made items, no hygiene products. You always have the right to return your purchase. Period.
