We, WECONhome GmbH, have been based here since 2015 and are one of the leading suppliers of high-quality, modern, custom-fit carpets. From our 6,500-square-meter warehouse, which houses over 100,000 carpets, here in Pritzwalk, Falkenhagen, we supply nearly all European countries and major key players in our industry, primarily through e-commerce sales.
Your responsibilities
- A variety of assignments across the different areas of our online departments, such as product management, content management, search engine optimization, conversion optimization, e-commerce development, copywriting, concept development, and marketing.
- Online communication with our colleagues working remotely from various locations (via Microsoft Teams) as well as in person at our office in Falkenhagen
- We manage our various online channels across Europe, from the high-quality presentation of our products to the completion of the purchase in the shopping cart, as well as post-purchase communication. Our motto is:the customer always comes first
- Optimizing our customers' journey and shopping experience
- Quality assurance of product data in our various systems
- Maintenance and continuous improvement of master data and content on our various online platforms
- Participation in and preparation of online marketing initiatives (social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
- Working with Numbers and Statistics
Your Profile
- You enjoy media, communication, and technology
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and working independently
- You have a high school diploma (including advanced placement courses) or a secondary school diploma with a good grade point average
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have a knack for social media and keep up with the latest trends on various platforms
- You are creative and open-minded
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
