100-day return policy

I. Terms and Conditions Governing the Right to Exchange 

1. We're happy to offer you the option to exchange items that don't fit or that you don't like for one or more other items.

2. Your right to exchange the item is valid for 100 days. The period for exercising your right to exchange begins on the day after you receive the item.

3. If the returned merchandise is not accompanied by a return slip (see below), we will assume—during the statutory cancellation period —that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

4. When exercising your right to exchange the merchandise, it must be in its original packaging, complete, unused (provided it was new at the time of delivery), and undamaged. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defects if the merchandise was already defective at the time of delivery.

5. Please note that if you exercise your right to exchange an item, unlike with the statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the shipping risk.

6. Please note that if you exercise your right to exchange an item, we cannot accept shipments for which you have not prepaid the shipping costs.

7. If the purchase price of the new item you select under your right of exchange exceeds the purchase price of the returned item, please transfer the difference to our bank account in advance; we will provide you with the account information via email after you exercise your right of exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other payment methods in this context.

8. Of course, your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by your right to exchange in every respect. In particular, you are free to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal even with regard to exchanged merchandise.

II. Procedure 

To exercise your right to return an item, please download our return form here , fill it out completely, and then send the items you wish to exchange, along with the return form and sufficient postage, to the following address:
