You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag,

  • an dem du oder ein von dir benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat, sofern du eine oder mehrere Waren im Rahmen einer einheitlichen Bestellung bestellt hast und diese einheitlich geliefert wird bzw. werden
  • an dem du oder ein von dir benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die letzte Ware in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat, sofern du mehrere Waren im Rahmen einer einheitlichen Bestellung bestellt hast und diese getrennt geliefert werden

Um dein Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, musst du uns, Firma WECON Home GmbH, Am Hünengrab 5, 16928 Pritzwalk, OT Falkenhagen, Telefon +49 (0) 33986 50 04 25, E-Mail mail@outlet-teppiche.de mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder eine E-Mail) über deinen Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Du kannst dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Du hast die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem du uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichtest, an uns zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn du die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von 14 Tagen absendest.

Du trägst die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung paketversandfähiger Waren sowie die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung nicht paketversandfähiger Waren. Die Kosten für nicht paketversandfähige Waren werden in Deutschland auf höchstens 80 EUR geschätzt. Für alle anderen Länder verweisen wir auf die landesspezifischen Versand- und Retourenkosten in unseren Schaltflächen Versand und Rückgabe / Retoure.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Grounds for Exclusion or Termination

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is essential, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs
  • for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the business owner has no control
  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been broken after delivery
  • for the delivery of goods, if, after delivery, such goods have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature
  • zur Lieferung von Ton- oder Videoaufnahmen oder Computersoftware in einer versiegelten Packung, wenn die Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde.
