In the 70x140 cm size, we carry high-pile, short-pile, faux fur, and natural-fiber rugs from brands such as Esprit, WECONhome Basics, Homie Living, and Smart Kids. The selection ranges from fluffy faux fur styles to woven wool rugs and jute and sisal varieties, available in cream, beige, gray, charcoal, multicolored, and other colors.
70x140 cm is the classic small size for areas where a large rug would be too overwhelming: as a bedside rug, in front of the sink or countertop in the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the entryway, and as a play area in the children’s room. This size also adds a decorative touch in front of a sofa or armchair without making the room look smaller.
Yes. Both measurements refer to the same rectangular rug; only the order of width and length is reversed. The standard notation is width x length, so 70 cm wide and 140 cm long. If you search for 140x70, you’ll find exactly the same models in this category.
Are you still unsure about the size, or are you looking for the right rug for another room? Here you'll find our collections in all standard sizes—from small area rugs to large living room rugs:
