Shipping
Most rugs leave our warehouse as early as the next business day. Within Germany, they usually arrive at your doorstep within 1–3 business days.
Rugs that are 2 meters or wider and must be shipped rolled up are considered bulky items. For these shipments, we charge a bulky item surcharge depending on the destination country.
No 😊! If you order a bulky item along with other rugs or items, you'll only pay the bulky item fee once. All other items are already included.
Not all rugs can be folded. Some must be shipped rolled up, in which case oversize shipping fees apply. You’ll always see the exact shipping costs for your order.
- Up to 1 m wide: sturdy cardboard boxes; simply dispose of them with the paper waste
- Larger rugs: Plastic film made from recycled plastic (recycled PE); dispose of in the yellow bag
We work with GLS & DPD—reliable, fast, and always with tracking. For bulky item deliveries, we work with specialized partners depending on the region, who specialize in large rolls of carpet. That way, everything arrives safely at your doorstep.
Yes! Hand-knotted rugs from India or Nepal may take up to 3 weeks to deliver.
Of course—WECON Home’s standard return policy also applies to bulky items. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact our customer service team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Returns & Complaints
14 days. Use the returns portal, create a label, and send it back. Done.
Unused = back to the warehouse. Slight signs of wear? Off to the second-chance sale. Defective? Recycled. Not destroyed.
Send us a photo, send us an email—we'll take care of it. You can count on it.
Usually within a few days after review. As soon as possible.
