The General Terms and Conditions below also contain legal information regarding your rights under the regulations governing distance selling and e-commerce.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries made by WECONhome GmbH to consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase agreement is entered into with Wecon Home GmbH, Managing Director Hans Jurgen Rosenbrand, Am Hünengrab 5, 16928 Pritzwalk / Falkenhagen, Neuruppin Local Court HRB: 11271 NP, VAT ID number DE249083683. 3. Offer and Conclusion of the Contract

3.1 The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. Errors excepted.

3.2 By clicking the “Complete Order” button, you are placing a binding order for the items listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.

4. Cancellation Policy / Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and they are delivered together;

on the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and they were delivered separately;

notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but its use is not required.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process this refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Grounds for Exclusion or Termination

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is essential, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs
  • for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the business owner has no control
  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts
  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been broken after delivery
  • for the delivery of goods, if, after delivery, such goods have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was broken after delivery

    5. Prices and Shipping Costs

    5.1 The prices listed on the product pages include sales tax and other price components.

    5.2 You can find information about additional shipping costs in the shipping cost breakdown. 

    6. Delivery

    6.1 Standard delivery is to Germany and Austria; delivery to other countries is also available upon request. Any additional costs for shipping and customs duties are to be borne by the buyer.

    6.2 You can find information about delivery times on the respective product page. 

    7. Zahlung

    7.1 Payment can be made via PayPal, prepayment, Amazon Pay, purchase on account (PayPal PLUS), credit card, Shop Pay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, Bancontact, eps transfer, or Sofortüberweisung.

    7.2 You are entitled to set off amounts only if your counterclaims have been legally established by a court, are undisputed, or have been acknowledged by us in writing.

    7.3 You may exercise a right of retention only to the extent that the claims arise from the same contractual relationship. 

    8. Retention of Title

    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

    9. Warranty

    9.1 You have the statutory rights regarding liability for defects.

    9.2 Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery to ensure they are complete and free of obvious defects and shipping damage. Notify us and the carrier of any issues as soon as possible. Failure to do so will not affect your statutory warranty rights.

    9.3 If a characteristic of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, the deviation shall be deemed agreed upon only if we have informed you of it before you submitted your acceptance of the contract and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed upon between us.

    10. Beschwerden/Streitschlichtung

    Die Europäische Kommission stellt eine Plattform zur Online-Streitbeilegung bereit, die du unter https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ findest. Verbraucher haben grundsätzlich die Möglichkeit, diese Plattform für die Beilegung ihrer Streitigkeiten zu nutzen. Wir sind stets bemüht, eventuelle Meinungsverschiedenheiten aus mit uns abgeschlossenen Verträgen und Beschwerden einvernehmlich beizulegen. Bitte beachte jedoch, dass wir zur Teilnahme an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle nicht verpflichtet sind und dir die Teilnahme an einem solchen Verfahren auch nicht anbieten können.
